Booking Terms

A plain-language summary of the key terms in our booking contract. The full contract is presented for signature as part of your booking, and its wording controls if anything here differs.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking and secures your event date instantly. Payments are processed securely by Flashpoint Memories; charges will appear as Flashpoint Memories on your card or bank statement. Twilight Booth Co is a Flashpoint Memories company.

Cancellation

Cancel in writing within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided your event date is more than 60 days away. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are subject to a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 30 days written notice, to a new date within 12 months of your original event date, subject to availability.

Overtime

Additional hours beyond your package are billed at your package’s hourly extension rate.

Travel

Travel within 75 miles of Orlando, FL is free. Beyond 75 miles, a travel fee of $1.20 per mile each way applies, up to our 150-mile service limit.

Outdoor Events and Weather

Outdoor setups require shelter, shade, and access to power. We may pause or shut down equipment if weather or conditions risk damage or safety; no refund is issued for time lost to unsafe conditions.

Idle Time

If your event requires our attendant and equipment to stand idle between active service periods, idle time is billed at $50 per hour.

Vendor Meal

For events of 4 or more service hours, we ask that a vendor meal be provided for our attendant.

Photos

We may use event photos for our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing before your event.
