Twilight Booth Co ("we," "us") is a photo booth rental company serving Orlando and Central Florida, and a Flashpoint Memories company. This policy explains what information we collect through twilightboothco.com and our booking system, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Booking and contact information. When you request a quote, contact us, or book an event, we collect details you provide: name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, and event details. Bookings are processed through BoothBook, our booking platform.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Flashpoint Memories. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear as Flashpoint Memories on your statement.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, general location). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Advertising cookies. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. The pixel sets cookies and shares standard web data (pages viewed, device information) with Meta. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences.

Event photos. Photos and media captured at events may be used in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing before your event, as described in our Booking Terms. Guests at your event can request removal of a specific photo by contacting us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide photo booth services and deliver your event galleries, process payments and send booking confirmations and reminders, respond to inquiries, improve our website and marketing, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: BoothBook (booking management), Stripe and Flashpoint Memories (payments), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), and our website host. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Booking records are retained as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. Event galleries are hosted for the period included with your package. Analytics and advertising data retention is governed by Google and Meta respectively.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). To make a request, or to opt out of marketing emails, contact us through our contact page. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Our website and services are directed to adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online.

We may update this policy as our services change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
